Super Easy Chia Pudding

When it gets warmer all I can think of is making something cold. Chia pudding is super easy to make, it doesn’t even take 5 minutes. This recipe is plain, you can dress it up according to your taste. I like to put berries and dark chocolate, but you can definitely put any fruits you want for the topping. Enjoy this Super Easy Chia Pudding recipe!

Chia Seeds Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of Chia Seeds
  • 2 cups of milk (any milk you like)

You can add chia seeds or reduce the milk for thicker pudding.

Directions:

  • Mix it well, put it in a jar, seal it and refrigerate it. (I like to shake it vigorously after I seal it)
  • You’re done.
  • But you can’t eat it yet, wait for about 30 minutes or so. I usually make it ahead and leave it in the fridge for when I want to eat it.

Here’s my dressed up chia pudding, with raspberries, strawberries and Dark Chocolate Sprinkles.
