Beef adobo is a variation of chicken adobo. It is a filipino dish that is super easy and delicious. I usually make chicken adobo but I don't have chicken right now. So, beef will have to do.
I love making adobo because I always have the ingredients on hand at all times. It's the perfect emergency last … Continue Reading ››
This "Asparagus Wrapped with Bacon" is very self explanatory. I'm not even sure that I can call this a recipe. It's just wrapping bunches of asparagus with bacon. You can add seasoning if you'd like, but asparagus wrapped with bacon alone will taste good by itself.
I cook everyday on weekdays. It's hard to be original when you cook that often. Sometimes, I just take the same ingredients and just make something that looks different so that my kids will not say "That again???"
My favorite thing to do with bell peppers is to stuff them. I think they're like nature's perfect … Continue Reading ››
My friend shared this recipe over the weekend. When I saw it, I knew that I have to try it. Not because it's titled "World's Best Chicken" but because it is super simple. The fact that lots of people are raving about it, made me want to try it even … Continue Reading ››

This Shiitake Meatloaf recipe is a modification of NomNom Paleo's Asian meatballs. I have made it several times before and it was delicious. The only gripe I have is that making 36 little balls took a while.
The good thing with the little balls is that they cook faster than a big chunk of … Continue Reading ››

Two pecan recipes in a row, what's going on? Oh, that's because I just bought a big bag of pecans from Costco. Out of all the nuts, pecan is my favorite one. I think it smells the best compared to all the other nuts. I love everything pecan from ice cream to pie. For now, let's … Continue Reading ››
I found this salmon recipe a while back and made it once. I remember that it was delicious but I never made it again after that. I think it's because it has more ingredients than I can remember on top of my head. Yes, I have bad memory especially after popping out … Continue Reading ››
I love roasted brussel sprouts, but if I roast them I ended up having to finish everything, because my kids usually gag when they see brussel sprouts in their original form. I might have traumatized them with bad tasting brussel sprouts (live and learn).
I tried to make brussel sprouts that don't look like brussel sprouts … Continue Reading ››
